It may apply any proceeds towards any amounts owed to the LDPA, or towards the payment of storage and other expenses related to the Hirer’s property.

15. DISPUTES

In the event of any dispute arising between the parties, the Hirer may notify the President of the LDPA in writing of a dispute. The Hirer may not commence any legal proceedings until 28 days after the President has been notified of a dispute.
