Lilydale Halloween

The Lilydale Events Group will not be hosting a Halloween event this year. However, we encourage the community to get involved in the fun again. It is a delight to see the town come alive with community spirit and the excitement of children and adults dressed up for the occasion (because Halloween is for EVERYONE)!

Please keep these best practice tips in mind:

• If you welcome trick-or-treaters please put out at least one decoration – maybe tie an orange balloon to the letterbox.
• If you don’t see any decorations at a house, please don’t knock on their door or disturb them.
• Don’t be greedy – please just take one item offered and leave enough to go around for everyone.
• Respect other trick-or-treaters and the people who are providing treats – and be sure to have fun!
